The Donna's fifth album is a bit more polished than the scrappy rock 'n' roll they debuted with oh-so-many years ago. Whereas it used to feel like they were channeling the rock-for-kicks vibe of the Ramones or even Kiss, the Donnas have now graduated to "Barracuda"-era Heart. (So, yes, you can safely say it rules.)
