Master P, rapper Lo-Fi di New Orleans, fondò il suo negozio/etichetta per produrre il team “Beats by the Pound” che comprendeva Craig B., KLC e Mo B. Dick. Un suo singolo fu una hit nell’underground e mise le basi per il suo impero-rap degli anni 90.
