Il gruppo hard rock King's X, formatosi alla metà degli anni '80 negli USA, esordì con: “Out of the Silent Planet” nel 1987. L'album dell' '89: “Gretchen Goes to Nebraska” andò meglio, ma il gruppo non sfondò mai veramente.
