A lot of Dane Cook's material revolves around taking everyday situations and magnifying the irony in a weird, wonderful way. In fact, Cook's situations are so plausible ? burning your fingers or getting rear-ended - half the time you're laughing out of embarrassment because you've done exactly what he's making fun of.
